GBC2 PH Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the gbc2 ph platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or using any other service offered — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on gbc2 ph. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change. gbc2 ph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username and password with any other person. gbc2 ph will treat any action taken using your credentials as an action taken by you, and you accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify gbc2 ph support immediately at support@gbc2ph.com.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, gbc2 ph may request documents to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID) and a recent proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

All financial transactions on gbc2 ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). gbc2 ph does not accept foreign currency and does not process currency conversions. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and most InstaPay-enabled channels are typically credited to your gbc2 ph account within minutes. gbc2 ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification. gbc2 ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method:

gbc2 ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the gbc2 ph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

gbc2 ph offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus rules that apply across all gbc2 ph promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Placing bets specifically designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements (known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• gbc2 ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from accounts.
• Bonuses can only be used on games and bet types specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

All bets placed on gbc2 ph are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. gbc2 ph is not liable for bets placed in error by the player — please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

Sports betting results are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition at the end of normal or regulated play, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules. For PBA betting, results are based on official PBA scoreboards. For football and volleyball, results follow the relevant governing body's official records.

gbc2 ph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to a technical error, evidence of match manipulation, incomplete events where a final result cannot be determined, or system errors affecting the integrity of specific markets.

For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer's actions in real time as captured by the studio camera feed. In the event of a stream interruption during an active bet, the hand or round will be settled based on available technical records. If settlement cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on gbc2 ph. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. gbc2 ph reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbc2 ph. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including fake identity documents.
• Operating or using multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent gbc2 ph's KYC or anti-money laundering procedures.
• Chargebacks on deposits that have been used for betting. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing minors to access your account.

gbc2 ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, suspected problem gambling, or legal requirement.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. gbc2 ph will aim to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and inform you of the outcome.

You may voluntarily close your gbc2 ph account at any time by contacting support. If your account balance is positive at the time of closure, and you have met all applicable wagering requirements, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

gbc2 ph will retain your personal data for such period as required by applicable law following account closure, as described in the Privacy Policy.

gbc2 ph collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering on gbc2 ph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Loss of winnings or funds due to technical faults, internet disconnection, or service interruptions beyond gbc2 ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any bets placed in error by you.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any form of business interruption, data loss, or reputational damage.

gbc2 ph's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your gbc2 ph account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and gbc2 ph, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@gbc2ph.com. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern fairly and promptly, usually within five business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct contact with gbc2 ph support, disputes may be referred to the competent regulatory authority under whose licence gbc2 ph operates. Details of the relevant regulatory body are available on the gbc2 ph platform.

You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

gbc2 ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — gbc2 ph will send a notification to your registered email address at least seven days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of gbc2 ph after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
